Typical American breakfast
The typical American breakfast is mostly made of hot fuel foods.
This means it’s loaded with carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals. American breakfast tables would have hot oatmeal, cereals, grain porridges, eggs, sausages, pancakes, waffles, potatoes among many others. Of course, coffee is never absent for mom and dad to start their day.
Some adults even skip hearty meals and have only coffee for breakfast instead, which is not advisable. Nowadays, with young, single professionals, breakfast would mean ordering fast-food in the morning just before work.
